We collect sign-in details from Google or Apple, including your name, email, profile image and account identifier. We also collect profile details, collector records, photos, friend connections and support messages you provide.

We use this information to provide the service and answer requests. Technical information, including IP addresses and errors, helps us operate and protect the service. Cookies and device storage maintain sign-in and preferences.

Sharing and security

We use other companies to help run TCG Reliq, including hosting, sign-in and email services. They process information needed to provide those services.

We may disclose information when required by law. We protect access to your account, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Your profile name, handle and images are public; your email is not. Anyone with a link to an uploaded image can view it, including until removal after account closure. Avoid uploading sensitive information.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while needed to provide the service. After account closure, account records and photos are retained for a 90-day audit period before deletion begins. Shared records and related profile information may remain longer when another account's retention period applies. Deletion takes time to complete.

Support messages, security records and backups may be kept longer based on their purpose and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can browse public information without an account and edit your profile. Contact support@tcgreliq.com to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity. Disconnecting Google or Apple does not delete your TCG Reliq account.

Age and updates

TCG Reliq is for people 18 and older. Contact us if someone under 18 has provided personal information. Changes to this policy will appear here with an updated date.
